In cazul in care declar subantreprenori pentru resurse umane si resurse tehnice (sunt acoperita cu contractele de inchiriere), sunt doua situatii:
1. Ne poate descalifica?
2. Nu ne ia in calcul cumulul de resurse avand in vedere ca prezentam sub forma atasata? (formular B6)

Se ia in considerare numai in cazul ASOCIERII - art. 44 / OUG 34 /2006
