Buna ziua.
Anul acesta prin OUG 34 din 2009 stiu ca este interzis institutiilor publice a achizitiona autoturisme , insa se pot achizitiona autoutilitare?
Prin definitie autoutilitara nu se incadreaza la autoturism.
Deci, autoutilitara excede OUG 34/2009 sau nu?
